Introducing Horizon's top of the line booklet maker - the Stitchliner 5500. At 5,500 booklets/hr., and combining the advantages flat sheet collating, saddle stitching and three-knife trimming the totally unique booklet making system is ideal for short to mid range production runs.
Capable of being configured for non-collated (see Collating), pre-collated (see HOF 20 below) work or both (see HOF 30 below) the Stichliner 5500 is perfect for sites with both digital and offset production capability. The Stitchliner 5500 achieves tight folds and a flat finish on even the thickest booklets by scoring and plow folding thinner subsections of the whole book individually before stitching them. The space efficient U-shaped configuration allows for single-person operation and monitoring of the complete system during production runs. Horizon's fully automated, intuitive setup process using LCD touch screens and JDF integration makes operation of the Stitchliner 5500 simple and keeps operator training requirements low.

This is the new super-automated Stitcher, Folder (SPF200A) and Trimmer (FC200A) from Horizon. With advanced, fully automated setup through a colour LCD screen and production speeds of up to 4,500 A5 booklets/hr this is a heavy-duty system that will thrive in even the most demanding environments. Available with multiple collating and feeding options (see HOF-30 - 20 below) this system can handle uncollated and precollated work or both with ease. HOF 20 & 30
The HOF-30 is an offline, high speed, sheet feeder which links Horizon collators and the Stitchliner or SPF 200 configurations allowing the feeding of pre-collated sets in addition to uncollated work from the collating towers. This makes Horizon stitch/trimmer systems perfect for hybrid print shops with both digital and offset printing capacity.
The HOF-20 is almost identical to the HOF-30. Like the HOF-30 it is designed to feed Horizon stitching systems with pre-collated sets but instead of linking to Horizon collating towers it is fitted with a high capacity cover feeder making it the ideal solution for digital printers who produce only pre-collated work.
