PDFMate™
By utilizing a building block based layout, WorkMates facilitates intuitive setup of an automated hot folder based workflow. PDFMate, in conjunction with WorkMates Server, increases productivity by ensuring files that have been both standardized and optimized are submitted into your workflow.

CheckMate™
CheckMate analyzes the files for potential errors in fonts, colors, image resolution and color space. After preflight checking, the fixed file is automatically moved to the next task. A detailed report is generated listing all errors found in the file which can be e-mailed to a client.

ImposeMate™
ImposeMate is an automated imposition tool that is designed for the print service provider. Page Feature setups control automatic in-RIP imposition rules which can be applied to any job, replacing time-consuming manual page placement. Create Run Lists, override screen ruling and resolution, and choose output device. ImposeMate’s high degree of automation makes imposition easier than ever. Features include automatic rotation and page numbering, based on your choice of binding style, user-selectable margins, and standard and custom marks including color bar and text annotations. A simple and intuitive wizard can be used to assist in flat creation. 

RIPMate™
RIPMate is based on the most robust and versatile RIP on the market, the Harlequin RIP. It automatically handles many functions in-RIP, thus eliminating time-consuming manual tasks. Whether you are a large commercial printer, midsize print operation, or a small print business, you’ll find extensive features and benefits designed to improve the quality and performance of your print processes. RIPMate accepts the latest PostScript and PDF file features, including transparencies. Jobs submitted as either composite or separations are quickly separated and screened into superior quality, moiré-free raster images which can be easily directed to your choice of output device.  New features in v8.0 RipMate are support for PDFRaster Out, MS Vista, and variable size PDF output for softproofing.

ProofMate Generic™
ProofMate Generic is supplied with the standard WorkMates package. It provides printers with a tool to proof content and imposition on any Windows printer published on the network. This in-RIP plug-in ensures that the proof you get accurately reflects the final high-resolution output. ProofMate Generic relies on the Windows printer driver supplied by the printer manufacturer and uses the screening technology and color management available within that printer driver.

ViewMate™
The ViewMate program is for post-RIP Viewing and Roaming. ViewMate can be used for zooming in to evaluate areas of “digital film” to approve individual signatures, check traps, or view screening. ViewMate features:

· Send one file to multiple output devices. 
· "Copy-To” for output to multiple devices, workflows, archives. 
· Jobs can also be put on Hold for review pending approval.
· Output entire job
· Select signatures
· Select separations from multi-signature jobs for proofing or final plate output.
