INLINE BOOK PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR SHORT TO MEDIUM RUN PRODUCTION
MiniCABS extends the capacity of book production for both offset printing and digital printing.
HIGH PRODUCTIVITY – System allows for easy changeover to achieve effi cient production even with short runs.
LABOR SAVING – Signature gatherer, perfect binder and three knife trimmer are integrated in a small footprint to reduce touch points and labor costs while increasing production efficiency.
VERSATILE CONFIGURATION – This system offers hybrid capabilities to produce books for both offset and digital printing workflows. In addition to utilizing the system with signature gathering stations, users can also integrate it with roll-to-bookblock or cutsheet-to-bookblock systems. Incorporating a ESF-1000 End Sheet Feeder and GF-500 Gauze Feeders allows for inline case bind preparation.

Computer-aided Binding System CABS4000V
The space-efficient CABS4000V binder combines high-performance automation, simplicity of operation, superior productivity, and absolute quality control for short, medium and longer run lengths.
– High productivity at 4,000 books per hour with in-line system from gathering to trimming.
– Colour touch screens provide easy, intuitive operation for fast, accurate changeovers and quick adjustments for production flexibility.
– Equipped with interchangeable tank unit that allows binding with both EVA and PUR hotmelt.
– Various book sizes can be bound in-line, from minimum size A6 to maximum size A4.
– Off-line signature gathering is possible using the ST-600 stacker. Also, by installing the RU-600 misfeed unit the gatherer can operate non-stop.
– Quality control image checking cameras, thickness detector, weight checker and other optional quality control features.

Horizon BQ-480 Perfect Binder
In addition to dimension-based automation, the BQ-480 features customised automated setup accounting for paper type, signature vs. loose sheet, sewn book blocks, notch binding, and other key factors for higher quality with less effort. Maximum production speed of 800 books per hour for book of one production. (Production speed changes depending on thickness change from book to book.) Supporting both EVA hotmelt glue and PUR hotmelt glue.

Its integrated auto-calculation system, in combination with TOUCH&WORK technology, ensures perfect binding quality at all times, completely without manual adjustments. It can be used for both EVA and PUR hotmelt binding.
