Entries are now open for the 2026 Australian Sign and Graphics Association (ASGA) National Sign and Graphics Awards, which will be held at the Sydney Showground on 3 September. Currie Group is once again a proud sponsor.

The Awards are the industry’s premier event, providing recognition of the industry’s achievements, and a showcase of the best work produced over the past two years.

According to the Association, those who want to enter should prepare their entries now to have the best chance of their work being recognised among the very best produced by the Australian sign and graphics industry.

Categories cover a wide range of work, including traditional hand painted or airbrushed work; digital LED and LCD signs; illuminated LED and neon projects; directional and wayfinding signage; engraved, fabricated and sculptural projects; pylon and sky signs; large-format digital print; along with a range of special recognition awards.

To be eligible, projects must be completed between 1 June 2024 and 23 July 2026. Entries close at 5pm on Friday 24 July 2024.

Mick Harrold, president of ASGA, said those interested in entering should identify their best projects from this period, then read the Entry Criteria carefully and make sure they answer all the entry requirements to give themselves the best chance of winning.

“Make sure you select the most suitable category for the projects you are entering, and that you collect and supply all the required information, technical specs and photographs, so that the Judges can fully appreciate your achievements,” Harrold recommended.

“Entering the Awards is an opportunity to benchmark your best work against the industry’s premier sign and graphics businesses, to recognise the achievements of your team, and to increase your profile with customers and the wider industry.

“Internally, it can also provide a great platform for reviewing and evaluating your business standards, goals and achievements, and for setting team goals and performance standards.”

“The Awards are a fantastic night of celebration, which showcases the variety and quality of work our industry can produce, and gives businesses a great opportunity to entertain clients, reward their teams and connect with industry peers. It’s a night not to be missed.”

This year’s Awards are supported by Gold Sponsors Avery Dennison, Orafol and Spandex, and Bronze Sponsor Currie Group.
