We are bringing you Horizon Bindery #3 to show you what is going on behind the scenes at the Horizon World Support, and how our Technical Support Team utilizes iCE LiNK to support our customers and dealers all over the world!

 

The Horizon team uses iCE LiNK to help our distribution partners and their customers optimize the use of their equipment, detect major errors swiftly for correction, and give visualization to production and downtime.

 

Connecting to iCE LiNK not only connects our customers to their real-time production statistics, it connects them to a team of technical experts made up of our local distribution partners and World Support Center in Kyoto.
