Epson SureColor F9560
64" Dye Sub Fabric, Soft Signage & Merchandise Printer
The SureColor F9560 is a high-performance roll-to-roll 64” dye sublimation printer that offers high image quality with fast performance and economic operation. It suits a wide range of production applications from customised fabric and garments to quality décor and merchandise, premium hard and soft signage. It can be ordered in either a 4c or 6c configuration and uses a dual 1.6L ink pouch style supply with hot swap. Prints are made on paper which is transferred (sublimated) via a heat press onto material with a polyester base or polyester pre-treatment.
The SC-F9560 is designed for high production volumes. It combines a large 1.33” Epson print head with advanced Epson Dye Sublimation ink, a high-capacity tray-loaded ink system, and advanced Precision Dot image processing. All components work together to enable superior imaging with fine gradation, an expanded gamut, and high colour density. The engine and ink system enable cost-effective production at speeds up to 113 sqm/hr. An integrated heater and Auto-Take-Up (ATU) enables fast and efficient roll-to-roll production for operation with a calendar style heat press.

76" Dye Sub Fabric & Soft Signage Printer
The SureColor F11060 is designed to support high-volume roll-to-roll production in widths from 36” to 76”. It combines a heavy-duty engine with precision media tracking and our latest printhead technology. It supports production at up to 255 m2/hr with a high-capacity ink system, a choice of 4c and 6c configurations and a new (optional) heavy-roll feed unit. Fabric manufacture has never been this fast, efficient, and cost-effective.
The SC-F11060 achieves an outstanding gamut with just 4 inks. It uses Epson Precision Dot Technology with UltraChrome DS ink to enable output with intense, accurate and consistent colour. For those with demanding applications, it can be ordered in a 6c configuration (SC-F11060H) with two additional channels for either Light Cyan and Light Magenta, Orange and Violet or Fluorescent Pink and Yellow ink. The printer features automated media setup and advanced tracking for quality imaging at the fastest speeds. It supports the widest range of media and has an optional heavy feed system for rolls up to 500 kg. The printer incorporates advanced self-cleaning and printhead management for consistent output with minimal supervision and maintenance. For maximum uptime, it operates with Epson Cloud Solution PORT and supports optional user self-replacement of the printheads.
